4-   Awareness about hemoglobinopathies should be created through program me and imparting knowledge.
5-   There should be a record of future patients and how their medication will be conducted.
6-  The authorized officials have to keep a record of the personal details of the patients- name, age, address, and thecause of the disease. This information will be helpful in curbing this disease.
7-   As the treatment is very costly and can'tisafforded by all classes of the society, so government shall make the treatment free ofcost. Many of the places in India, provided the free medication to the patients such as- Odisha, Karnataka besides Delhi, Rajasthan, West Bengal and Rajasthan.
